The Hilltop Home is a single family home originally built in 1896. The four story structure has gone through serval alterations due to prior property owners. This project reintroduced certain elements which used to exist on the building exterior. The house underwent a full interior renovation where the interior was developed to include modern conveniences. New infrastructural ungraded were implemented to include electrical and HVAC. The project was approved by the municipalities zoning, planning and building department jurisdictions. The property is within a district listed under the National Register of Historic Places.
