This project consisted of a full interior renovation of a four story attached single family home. The house has just completed its centennial anniversary. The interior spaces were modified to maximize access to natural light and ventilation. Historic details and features were preserved to include the original wood flooring. The home’s infrastructure was upgraded to include new electrical and plumbing system. All mechanical equipment was replaced with energy efficient units resulting in savings to the owner’s utility charges.

This residence is designed as a ‘smart home’ enabling the owners have access to view and monitor their lighting, heating, air conditioning, and security system via a mobile device.
